I just completed a call with the Employee Discount rep, who authorized *% discount as a long-time Verizon customer because my employee discount has expired and I no longer have another employer discount code. This *% discount will not take effect for one to two business cycles. Since I originally called about this three weeks ago and did not receive this response back then, I feel strongly that I should be able to get that *% discount applied to me current bill which is due very soon.
