My service has been lousy for a long time. I either want it fixed to how it used to work (which was great) or I'm switching carriers. My husband used to have same service, plan but got tired of dropped calls "no signal", "call ended" msgs when we had not hung up, etc. Either put my service back to how it started out or I will switch carriers. This is my last warning. Btw other people I know with your service are having the same issues so others will be switching, too.
