How GetHuman4156916 fixed the problem
I just got a new iPhone *S Plus and I put the SIM card from my old iPhone * in the new one. For some reset my text messages all were coming from my email and they were all green (typically when you are texting another person with an iPhone your text messages appear blue but in this case mine were green as if I was texting someone with an android phone). I waited on hold for over an hour and eventually gave up and hung up the phone. Then I shut down my phone and turned it back on if the problem was solved!!!! My advise: TRY SHUTTING YOUR PHONE DOWN FIRST BEFORE WAITING ON HOLD FOR HOURS.
