Straight Talk customers have several different methods to choose between to get out of paying their bill. Customers can allow their Straight Talk to go inactive, cancel the autopay function on their account, dispute their charges, or choose a different plan. Choose A different Service Plan

This may give you time to pay the bill while it is being looked into by Straight Talk. However, it should be noted that you will need to contact Straight Talk in writing within a sixty-day timeframe. If you fail to do this, you forfeit your right to dispute any charges. Customer service will reach out to you to help resolve your issues with your bill.
