If you have forgotten your login information for your Straight Talk account then you need to learn how to regain access to your account so that you can pay your bills and manage your lines. Fortunately, Straight Talk makes that pretty easy to do.

If the reason you cannot access your Straight Talk account is that you were locked out of your Straight Talk phone because you forgot your PIN and entered the wrong one five times, you can regain access through your Google account. However, this is only an option if you have previously set Gmail up on your phone. If you have, just click on the Forgot PIN link in the lower right corner of the screen and enter you Gmail sign in information when prompted.If you need to contact Straight Talk's customer support services to get help accessing your account again, make sure you have as much of the following information on hand when you do: the email address associated with your Straight Talk account, your phone number, and your phone's serial number or SIM card number.

Go to the Straight Talk home page.

Click on the account (person-shaped) icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

Enter the email address you have associated with your Straight Talk account in the text field provided.

Your Straight Talk username is your email address.
If you cannot remember the email, continue on with the next step.
If you know the email but need to recover your Straight Talk password, skip to step 8.

Enter your phone number in the text field instead.

Straight Talk will also accept your phone number as your username.
If it has been so long since you used this phone or account that you cannot remember that either, continue with the next step.
Skip to step 8 to recover your password.

Look on the back of your phone for your phone's serial number.

If you don't find it there, check the Settings app for it.
If you can't find it there, check under the battery, on the phone's box, and in the SIM tray. If you can't find it there, use the SIM card number, printed on the SIM card.

Enter the number in the text field for your username.

If you also need to recover your password, continue with the next step. Otherwise, you should now be able to sign in to your Straight Talk account.

Fill out the CAPTCHA and click the Continue button.

Click on the Forgot Password link.

Check the email associated with your account for an email from Straight Talk.

Click the password reset link in the email.

Follow the prompts to enter a new password.

Your password should be a mix of upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters.
You should now be able to sign in to your Straight Talk account.
