Viewing Your Usage

On the Straight Talk Website

1. Launch your browser and open the Straight Talk website

2. On the menu, click 'See Balance/Service Date'

3. Enter your Straight Talk number and the last four digits of your phone's serial number

4. You will receive a text message with your balance

5. To determine your call usage, subtract the call minute balance from 1000. For your text usage, subtract your remaining texts from 1000. For the estimated data usage, subtract your balance from 30MB which you get in the 'All You Need' plan

On Your Phone

1. Contact the Straight Talk customer support team

2. Click on the 'Balance and/or Service End Date' menu

3. Verify your phone number and you will receive a text message with the details of your data, call, and text message balance

Disputing a Charge

The best way to dispute a charge is by contacting the support team. When you are speaking with a representative, explain why you think the charge was unfair. You should have your account information ready when disputing a charge. Getting a refund from Straight Talk can take some time. If you don't have the right documents to support your claim, you may be unable to get the help you need.

1. You must have purchased your phone on the Straight Talk website

2. The phone must have a verified IMEI number

5. Return your phone with all its accessories including the charger, manual, and battery

If you are eligible for a return, it may take up to 30 business days to complete the return process and credit your account. Once you return your phone, your credit will reflect in your credit card within two billing cycles. It won't include your shipping and delivery costs.
