I would like an email address to send a complaint regarding a late charge I received because I never received my bill. Apparently I was switched to a paperless account so I never received my bill. I called twice and spoke to a supervisor and was told it could not be waived even after I explained my circumstance AND paid off my credit card. (* days late) I was surprised you would want to lose a customer over $**. He said there was NO ONE else I could speak to or email.
GetHuman-marykmcg did not yet indicate what Capital One should do to make this right.
