They were useless in resolving the problem that booking.com produced. I called the property directly and received a rate $** dollars under that offered by booking.com. I am unlikely to use either of them in the future.

It is deceitful to list a come-on rate of $*** and then switch it to $***.** when you click on it.

Stop planting deceitful come-on rates and answer telephone and e-mail contacts, rather than permanently ignoring them except for repeated pleas for me to write a review.
