1. Sign In to Your Booking Account

Log in to your Booking.com account and go to My Booking. Click on the link for your reservation, and you'll be taken to a page with all the details about that trip, including where you're staying, when check-in is scheduled, etc.

2. Click on the Refunds Button

Choose your reservation and click Cancel. If you don't see your reservation, select Other and enter your booking number or email address associated with the reservation to locate it. Select whether you would like a full refund.

3. Select the Reservation That You Want To Cancel

You can cancel or change multiple reservations if they are from the same booking. To do this, select Cancel and Change Reservations on your Booking History page and click Select Reservation(s). You'll be presented with a list of your reservations. Choose which ones to change by clicking them. Once you select a reservation, click Continue and follow the instructions to cancel your reservation.

4. Select Refund

Choose Refund if you want to cancel your booking. Then select the Refunds button. Select the reservation you want to cancel or change, then click Change/Cancel in its details section.

5. Select the Reason for Your Request

Now choose the booking and reason. Fill out some more information. Select the reason for your request from the drop-down menu. You can also add your reason if none of these suit your needs. If you have any comments about your experience with Booking.com, add them.

6. Click Cancel To Confirm

Select Cancel to confirm, then click Next. You will be directed to the next page where you can review your request and click Submit.

7. You Will Receive an Email Confirmation
