Enter your email address and click Continue With Email. You can also log in with your Apple ID, or via Google and Facebook.
You can find this on the top-left menu of the page.
You're now on the Manage Bookings page, where you can search for a specific booking via the available filters. You can also click the All tab to view all your Booking reservations.
Are you planning to make changes to your reservations? You may be able to do this, but it's not a guarantee, as it depends on the property you booked. If you still wish to make changes, click Modify. This will take you to the Help Centre, where you can receive further assistance on what to do next.
If you want an early check-in/check-out time, the best thing to do is contact the property directly at least a day or 2 before arrival. Also, note that it may not be possible to change the guest's email address or name. For further assistance regarding name change, contact the property or Booking.com.
Do you wish to cancel your booking instead? To do this, proceed to the next step.
Open the booking you wish to cancel, then tap on Cancel Trip in the top-right corner of the page.
You can confirm the cancellation by clicking on Cancel Trip again on the next page. If you changed your mind about cancelling your accommodation, click Keep This Trip.
Note that you may not always be able to cancel your booking. It's better to check your confirmation email for the property's cancellation policy. If it's non-refundable, cancellation isn't possible. Some properties or accommodations may also offer partial refunds.
If there is an option to cancel your booking, wait for the confirmation email that states your booking has been successfully cancelled. The refund will be sent to the original payment method, and the timeline depends on your bank.
Were you able to modify or cancel the booking? If you can't find the booking in your account, check your confirmation email. You can also resend the confirmation email. Just go to the Bookings section or wait for Booking.com to resend it. They resend the email a few days before your trip. Make sure you're also signed in to the right account, or the booking won't appear. If the booking isn't really there, you probably don't have a Booking.com account or weren't signed in when you booked. Still need clarifications or further assistance? GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
