I contacted you previously regarding my recent stay at a hotel or hostel where I encountered bedbugs and felt uncomfortable due to my roommate's behavior. I quickly realized the hygiene standards were lacking and after only three hours, I decided to leave and checked out. I am requesting a refund as I was unable to stay the night. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact the property directly as they have deleted our messages and canceled the booking. Your assistance in securing a refund would be greatly appreciated as I have exhausted all other options. Thank you.

Hello Booking Team, My cousin faced an issue that prevented him from traveling to London due to a mistake in the visa letters for one of his daughters. This led to the cancellation of his trip, which was beyond his control. Genius 3, who booked his accommodation through your company, is a loyal customer holding the third level in the loyalty program. He was surprised to find out that he couldn't get a refund for the booking he didn't use and went back to Saudi Arabia. He asked me to contact you to inquire why the full amount was deducted despite his absence. I need assistance with my booking at King Evelthon Beach Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus (Booking Reference: [redacted]). I have been trying to reach customer service at [redacted] without success. On November 14, [redacted], I sustained injuries at the hotel needing 12 stitches on my lower leg and treatment for a broken toe. After four visits to local hospitals, I am in the UK for further treatment. The Area Manager advised me to contact you for compensation regarding the accident that happened near the poorly lit swimming pool area due to a low wooden structure. I believe the hotel is liable for the incident as the area was unsafe, and I have submitted a report. Despite sending two emails to the hotel, I have not received a response regarding safety measures for others. Please acknowledge receipt of my claim and proceed with the compensation process.

I made a reservation at Extended Stay America in Mishawaka, Indiana, via BKGHOTEL on Booking.com (reservation number [redacted]). My credit card was charged for the booking on 08/31/23. Following my stay and checkout on 09/17/23, I was also charged by the hotel. Expecting the Booking.com charge to be just a hold, I was surprised to see both charges on my September card statement. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in securing a refund. The hotel claims that Booking.com submitted a card number for payment, but it did not go through, resulting in the double charge. I have been attempting to contact BKGHOTEL for a refund, but their phone system leads to a circular loop without any resolution. The hotel charged $[redacted].36, and BKGHOTEL charged $[redacted].42. I would appreciate a refund from either party. Elan Financial Services declined to assist in the dispute, as stated in their letter dated Nov 28, [redacted]. Thank you, Dave T.

I came to visit as my older son in Vallejo, California, is missing, and I am worried. I haven't heard from him, and there seems to be a situation I am unaware of. Strangers in my hometown are approaching me, and I am feeling overwhelmed. I can't wait to speak to my children and find out what's happening. I am hungry and tired, stuck in the rain. If possible, could someone please help me secure a motel room for the night? I will receive my payment on the 29th.

I booked a stay at Royal Makkah Hotel back in October for January 17th to January 31st. When I contacted the hotel to confirm my reservation, they informed me that the hotel is under maintenance. This is despite them mentioning back in October that the maintenance would be finished soon and they could move me to another hotel. I requested information on the price difference for the alternative hotel but haven't received any response. Additionally, I also booked at Najd Al Hijaz 2 Hotel for the same dates, but I cannot reach their customer service through any means. It seems that the hotel has been removed from your platform. Unfortunately, I had to book a new hotel today at double the previous rate, as I had been trying to book since last October, making the app lose credibility in dealing with these hotels.
