Confirmation number: ************ have email me on Wed, **st Nov stated that my booking is confirmed but to my dissapoinment upon my arrival at Hotel Supreme on Fri, **rd Nov ****. **The Hotel Supreme staff have notified me that my booking has been cancelled by and to my surprise I have not received any notification of cancellation via email nor text message. **Appreciate if you can advise what had happened and will this issue occur again if I'm using your serice?
