Dear Team,**I made a booking of hotel on **th oct for UK from **th oct to **th oct with confirmation no. **********. But when I went there I found that the room was already booked by the someone else. But when I asked the owner for the same he said I mistakenly booked the same room twice and was told to cancel the booking and will get the whole money back. It has been *days and i haven't got the money back.*Please look into the matter and take necessary action as soon as possible.
