I cancelled the reservation via the hotel due to not receiving a email from booking.com. The cancellation was done in June and I was meant to stay on the *******. The cost of the room was taken out of my account with not even checking in. There was a note on the establishment system stating that I wasn’t going to attend. *I’m really hoping that we can resolve this matter nicely. I have tried to call multiple times but no success. Please get back to me to talk about this issue.
GetHuman-ozziejoh did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
