I made a reservation through Booking.com for the Hotel at Times Square for ***-***. Today when I was looking for transportation, I found a better deal-$*** less and two queen beds. When I canceled your reservation, I received an email stating that I would be charged $***! Your website states I can cancel any time with no charge! What’s the deal?
