I was told by a booking.com customer representative that I would reduce a compensation due to some problems I had when I had reserved a room thru Agoga & booking.com at days inn . She never put that on mp*s and monofilament would help out compensate for my numerous problems or that I VB Jag to pay a cancellation fee
