Need to cancel and can't get into my account

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your account. If you can't log in to your account on Booking.com, click on the "Forgot your password?" near the sign-in option. You will be prompted to input your email and reset a new password. Once you regain access to your account, you can cancel your booking by going to 'My Bookings', select the bookings you want to cancel and follow the prompts. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy which is stated on the booking details page, so any refund depends on these terms. Please review your individual reservation cancellation policy prior to cancelling your booking.

Our email with trip details unfortunately got deleted,need to have original email resent so we have all the details.I have booking reference number and confirmation number but no PIN number

We're sorry to hear that you've lost your booking confirmation. For security reasons, we're unable to resend your original email containing all your booking information. However, you can access all your booking details using your booking reference number and confirmation number. Simply head to Booking.com, click on "My Booking" at the top right corner of the homepage, and then enter your booking reference and confirmation number to view your booking details. If you've forgotten your PIN, click on the "Forgot your PIN?" link, and follow the prompts to reset it. Rest assured, all your booking details are securely stored and accessible in your Booking.com account.

I have a question about paying with klarma

At the moment, Booking.com doesn't provide detailed information about the usage of Klarna for payments. Payment methods largely depend on the property you're booking, as some offer an array of options including credit cards, debit cards, prepayment, or payment at the property. Some properties may also have the option for PayPal. We recommend checking the 'Payments' section under 'Policies' when making a booking for specific details. Please note that Booking.com doesn't charge your payment method. The payment is processed by the property, except in cases specified otherwise.

Booking is not finished with no confirmations but payment has been deducted.

We're sorry to hear about this. If payment has been deducted but no confirmation has been received, it's possible there may be a delay in email delivery. Sometimes, confirmations emails might end up in your spam or junk folders, so please check those. If after 24 hours you still have not received a confirmation, then your booking may not have been completed successfully. It's recommended to check your bank or credit card statement to see if the charge is pending or finalized. If it's pending, it might drop off without ever being finalized. But if you're still not sure, you may need to get in touch directly using the contact link on this page.
