Hi, **I have reached out to Postmates two times for this issue. I was unfairly charged $** from my account and I requested a refund. The first time I contacted them was about * weeks ago. I waited for the refund and it never came. I reached out to them and they said the refund was never enacted, then they said it was enacted then. Fast forward today and the refund is still not issued. I am very upset that I'm playing this cat and mouse game. I would like to directly speak to a Postmates person if possible.
