  3. Click on the "help and feedback" option and select the "contact support" option. You will hear a recorded voice call stating the options that you can choose from.
  4. Choose the option that best relates to your issue. The recorded voice call will continue.
  5. Hold on until you hear the "speak with a Postmates representative" option. Choose this option. A Postmates representative will be with you within a few seconds.
  6. Explain your issue to the Postmates representative. Be calm when giving the information, no matter how overwhelming the situation is. Also, give as much information as you can for the Postmates representative to better understand your issue. To ensure that no important information is left out, ask the representative if there is anything else that they need to know.
  7. After the Postmates representative tells you that you have given enough information, ask them to give you a help ticket number. You will use this ticket number to follow up on your issue if it is not resolved. You are likely to get the help that you need within 24 hours after making the call.
