Customers who want to order from Postmates have several options they can use. Both iOS and Android customers can download the Postmnates app and place an order. Customers can also access the web app to place an order. The order process is fairly simple and straight forward. Postmates customers can choose delivery or pick up from more than 600,000 restaurants, retailers, grocers, and more.
The Postmates Web App
Customers who want to order from Postmates can access the website online. You will need to find the store or restaurant you want to order or make a purchase from. Once you've found the store or restaurant, you can add the items you'd like to order. You will place the items you want into a cart and select your delivery and payment options and submit the order. You can track your order and get information about the ETA of your order through the website. Yoiu may even have access to the delivery driver to request or send information about your delivery.
The iOS and Android App
iOS and Android customers would be able to place an order the same way web app customers do. You will need to select the store or restaurant you want to order from and place the items you want in your shopping cart. You will then be prompted to select your delivery options and payment options. Once you select your delivery and payment options, you can track your delivery through the app. You may also be able to contact the delivery driver if need be. The delivery driver will also be able to contact you if needed as well.
