If you've ever ordered food online, you're probably familiar with Postmates.com. Postmates is a service that allows you to order food from local restaurants and have it delivered it to your door. One of the great things about Postmates is the endless menu options. However, sometimes you may experience issues with menus not loading on the Postmates website. Luckily, there's a way to report the problem. Read on to find out how to report a menu issue with Postmates.com.
Go to the homepage of https://www.postmates.com/. If you are not automatically brought to the home page, click on the website's logo in the top left corner of the screen.
Once at the Postmates homepage, click on "Menu" in the top right corner of your screen.
Once you have clicked on "Menu," a drop-down menu will appear with several options. Look for the "Contact Us" option. Once you click this button, another drop-down menu will appear where you can choose from several types of issues, including "My Order," "Food/Beverage," "General Feedback and Businesses." Click on "My Order" in the drop-down menu.
Once you have chosen "My Order" in the drop-down menu, another form will appear for you to fill out. The form should say something like "How can we help with your order?" and will include a box for you to describe what your issues or concerns are.
Fill out the form and be as specific as possible about the type of issue you're experiencing with the menu on Postmates.com. Be sure to explain exactly where your problem is taking place on the website, such as "I am having trouble ordering from Ramen Bar because their menu is tiny and does not indicate which items are vegan," or "The Ramen Bar page does not load properly."
After you have filled out your form, click the "Submit" button. Postmates will receive your feedback and use it to improve their website. You can also go to the Postmates Help Center if you have any additional questions or concerns. Contact customer support when you need further assistance.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
