I ordered McDonald’s on your app I specifically ordered lunch I guess lunch hadn’t started yet so when my driver called me she stated I can go on the app and change my order or she could just bring me the coffee I order so I went on the app and it was too late for me to change my order and I also couldn’t get the order that I requested because lunch had not started so I was pretty much was forced to cancel the order and was charged $** which I do not think it’s fair that I’m being charged for canceling an order that I wasn’t even able to receive due to the fact that that food was not even available
