Help with my Postmates.com issue

I went to us my card to pay for a near $*** dollar meal of sushi with me and my friend on Saturday * ****. When I went to pay the card it was "invalid" or something. so I used another card, which was also rejected. I double checked my balances and everything checked out so I went to use my card again and it locked me out of my post mates account. and told me it refunded me. Well it did... then it charged me again. so it charged me $**.** then refunded me $**.**, then again charged me the same amount. I did not receive any food or delivery, in fact I could not even place the order because my account was locked out. I would like the refund on the money that I spent on the food as well as a cancellation of the membership trial I signed up for.
GetHuman-dhruvako did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
