I was charged ** dollars for a cancelled order when it wasn’t my fault. I ordered Hooters and my first order was canceled due to an “emergency”, but the driver told me he messed up on his app. So I reordered hooters since my first order was canceled by your company. My second reorder was apparently being “picked up” by a driver named Amy, but she contacted me and stated someone else picked up my second order... so I canceled that order as it never showed up, but I was still charged for canceling it. What do I need to do to get reimbursed for this issue?
