Postmates Customer FAQ

To check your balance on a Visa Postmates card, log into your Postmates Fleet account. Once you're logged in, navigate to the earnings tab in the Fleet app. Here, you'll see your total earnings, including whatever balance is present on your Postmates Visa card. Keep in mind that your earnings and card balance may not be the same, since you can choose when to cash out your earnings to your card. Your balance will only reflect the amount you've already transferred to your card.

We understand how that could be a concern. However, once a tip has been added and submitted on Postmates, it cannot be altered or changed. This is to ensure the swift processing of the drivers' earnings. To avoid this situation in the future, kindly double-check the amount you've input before finalizing your tip.

We're sorry to hear that your order wasn't satisfactory. Postmates strives for the highest quality in all deliveries. Unfortunately, we don't control the preparation or packaging of your food; that's the responsibility of the restaurant. However, if your order was incorrect or items were missing, please report it immediately in the app under 'Help' in the order screen select 'Problem with order' and follow the prompts. By doing this the issue can be investigated promptly, and compensation or a refund can be provided according to the situation and Postmates' policies.

We apologize for the inconvenience. When you place an order with Postmates, an alert is sent to the nearest driver, who then has the option to accept or reject the order. Sometimes, drivers might be busy with other deliveries, or there might be fewer drivers available than normal. If no driver picks up your order within a reasonable timeframe, the system will try to find another driver. In rare cases, if no driver is found, your order may be cancelled. If your order seems to be taking too long, you may want to try cancelling and reordering. We truly appreciate your patience.

Ensure to check the following when using a Postmates coupon or promotion: 1. Check its expiration date. Most promotions have a time requirement. 2. Check if you've entered the code correctly. They might be case sensitive. 3. Some promotions are only applicable to the first order or for selected customers. 4. Ensure that your order meets any minimum subtotal requirements for the promotion. 5. Some promotions only apply to specific items or categories. If you've verified all these and still can't redeem, it might be that the promotion reached its max uses or is no longer valid. Please try a different code.
