I have reported an issue with on order on **** at about *:** PM. The estimated time was **-** minutes. The order took over * hour to get there, and when it did, it was stone cold. I spent over ** dollars on cold mexican food. when we got the food the containers holding the food were damaged (I have photographed evidence because it was such a terrible experience. I am frequent postmates customer and am appalled with the lack of adequate service. I want to be refunded in full for this inedible order, which has already been reported and "resolved".
I trust that Postmates.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
