I placed and order as it said ** minutes wait time. After my order, it was later changed to *.* hours!!! If I’m trying to eat dinner, *.* hours later is not acceptable. I attempted to cancel IMMEDIATELY and Postmates stated I would be charged $** if I cancelled. That is NOT OK. You can’t lock people into an order when it says “estimated” ** minutes then change it to freaking *.* hours after the order is placed. That’s not an estimate, that’s a completely different meal time. Bait and switch
GetHuman-geislera did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
