Unfortunately, it's not possible to extend the pickup date for an order from Macy's. Once your order is ready, you have a seven-day period to pick it up from the store. If you do not pick up your order within this time frame, Macy's will cancel your order, and you will not be charged for it. If you cannot get to the store within these seven days, we recommend reaching out to a friend or family member to pick up the order on your behalf.
