How Do I Complain to Macy's About a Late Delivery?

Macy's offers a convenient delivery service to its customers. It uses different carriers to ensure your delivery gets to you on time. However, despite these efforts, deliveries are sometimes delayed. If your Macy's order is late, you need to know how to get the problem resolved.

Check the Order Email

First, check the email you received when you placed your order. It will have a link which you can use to track your package, as well as a tracking number. If the tracking tool doesn't help, note the company used to deliver your order.

Contacting the Post Office

If your order is being shipped via the U.S. Postal Service, you should use the USPS tracking tool, as it may have more up-to-date information on your order than the Macy's tracking tool. To do that, go to the post office's tracking page and enter your order's tracking number.

If the tracking tool doesn't help, contact a post office representative to get help. You can find one using the help forum or the phone.

Contacting UPS

If UPS is delivering your order, use the UPS tracking tool to get the latest information.

If the tracking tool doesn't help, talk to a UPS customer service representative by phone, email, chat, or help forum.

Contacting DoorDash

If DoorDash is making the delivery, you should look for information on the DoorDash app. Just open the app and tap on the Orders tab. A map with your delivery's location will appear, as well as an estimation of when your order will arrive. You will also have the option of texting or calling your delivery driver to ask what's going on with your order.

If these tools don't help, contact a DoorDash customer service representative for assistance by phone, chat, or email.
