Macy's will deliver anything you order to your home, though certain conditions may apply. It employs three different carriers to do it. If you recently placed a Macy's delivery order and found some problem with it, there are a few things you can do to get it taken care of.
Before you do anything else, check the email you got after you placed the order. You can click on the link to use Macy's package tracking tool. The email also contains your order's tracking number and the company Macy's used for your delivery.
If the US Postal Service is handling your order and it's late, use the USPS tracking tool to locate it. Because it's the tool of the people who actually have possession of your order, it should have the most current information concerning it.
If that doesn't help you locate your order, talk to a USPS representative to find out what is going on with it. Reach one on the USPS help forum or over the phone.
Macy's also uses UPS. If your delivery is late and UPS is the one making your delivery, go to the UPS tracking tool page and enter your tracking number for information.
Speak to a UPS customer service agent to get additional help by using the phone, chat, help forum, or email contact options.
If your late delivery is coming in with DoorDash, look for order updates on the app. When you tap the Orders tab, your order's location and estimated delivery time will appear. You can also text or call the driver via the app.
For additional help, if these tools don't resolve the problem, talk to a DoorDash representative over the phone, in chat, or by email.
If your order contains incorrect or missing items, you need to talk to a Macy's customer service representative for help. Use the phone, email, chat, or help forum contact options.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
