Every year, Macy's holds a Cyber Monday sale in which it offers discounts on many popular electronic items. If you made a Cyber Monday purchase from Macy's and are not satisfied with it, you can learn about Macy's return policy and procedure below.
Macy's Return Policy
Most items can be returned in store and by mail within 90 days of Cyber Monday. The period is 60 days for small electronic items. Tech watches must be returned within 30 days. Tech accessories and Apple products must be returned within 14 days.
If you have the receipt, the credit card you used for the purchase, the packing slip, or the return label, you will be eligible for a refund in the form of the payment you used for the purchase. If you have a gift receipt, you will be eligible for a refund in the form of store credit. If you have no proof of purchase, you still might be eligible for store credit at the item's lowest selling price.
Returned items should be in their original condition with the original tags. Tech watches and accessories must be in their original packaging. Apple merchandise must be returned to a Macy's store that sells Apple merchandise. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Your account will be credited 3 to 5 business days after your return is received.
If you purchased your item in a store then it must be returned to a store. If you purchased your item online, you can either return it to a store or return it by mail.

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
