The problem: My debit card was charged and I did not use lyft service or called to use Lyft service
GetHuman-dwaindee did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.

I emailed and they called me right away once I chose call me instead of emailed me and I spoke to a live customer rep, game them my information and concerned and the investigation department they emailed me
