Hi - I take Lyft all the time and I had two bad experiences yesterday and I am hoping to be reimbursed. I got into my first ride which was a pool and as I got into the car he cancelled my ride by accident. He told me to call for a lyft again, assuming he would get the call and it called someone else. I had to get out of the car and I was charged * for a cancelled ride. The second driver had no idea where she was going and I asked her to pull over and because it was a pool, she had no idea how to stop the ride and I was charged for that ride as well. How do I go about getting reimbursed?
