Hi, so I ordered Lyft, my driver went to a different place and when I called he, he couldn’t even speak English and I do not understand everything he was saying to me, I think he was even speaking Punjabi. At the end, my money was deducted. Please I need a refund back, cos I won’t be charge for him not being able to communicate in English. I’m not trying to be rude but please I just need a refund back. Thanks.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
