I requested a ride @ *:** pm , CST, ******.*After the driver stopped at the wrong street address(I could see the car) I called the driver and she wouldn’t answer.*She waited ** sec and left cancelling the ride.*This is unacceptable.*Not only was I inconvenienced but there are many ride share apps to chose from.*I would like a credit.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
