I can't get into my Facebook account after getting a new phone. The code generator doesn't work and I am now locked out of my account. I am not getting the text with a code and the email they have is not active and has not been for ** years which I had removed from my account about a year ago. I can't even create a new account because I have to verify my identity and am not sure how. I have completed the online form but have not heard a response.

GetHuman-kcelico did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
