If your Facebook account's associated email address is incorrect preventing you from receiving the reset link, you'll need to add a new email or mobile number to your account first. Go to your account settings, click 'add another email or mobile number', enter your new email or mobile number, and click 'add'. A confirmation code will be sent to this new email or mobile number. Enter the code, then click 'confirm'. Once the new email is confirmed, you can make it your primary email for your account. After this, you can proceed with the Meta password creation and account deletion process. Please remember all steps must be performed from your Facebook account.

Ensure what you post is in line with these rules. Second, the frequency and nature of your posts could be triggering Facebook's spam filters. Try to avoid spammy behavior such as frequently posting the same content, tagging too many people, or using sensationalized language. Additionally, if people are reporting your posts as spam, Facebook may automatically mark your future posts as spam as well. Engage positively in the community to avoid this. Remember, quality over quantity tends to be the best strategy.

To change your name on Facebook: 1. Click on the small arrow at the top right corner of the page. 2. Select "Settings & Privacy", then click "Settings". 3. Click "Name" in the General tab. 4. Enter your new name, then click "Review Change". 5. Enter your password and click "Save Changes". Remember, the name you use should be your authentic identity; as per the Facebook policies, it should be the name your friends call you in everyday life and as listed on your ID, credit card, or school ID.
