The third time my messenger account advised session timed out, do you wish to refresh, tap yes and logs out. When logging back in account*email doesn't exist? Do you want to open new account. When attempting to open new account message advises account already exists! Log in attempts fail verification. Then they ask for photo to verify ID?! Which they advise they are using to verify account and I am unable to use account until verified. Advise this is to "protect my account"?!!!. *I would like my account*s restored
