Hello my name is Matthew Embury. I received a email stating that my account had been logged into by a different device. I logged out of my account and went to reset my password, upon doing so my screen flashed with what looked like a bunch of try to reset itself, like a bot was linked to it. I requested a rest pin again and when I entered the code in again it said I had exceeded the amount of times I could enter pin try again late. Without being able to view or see anything going on with my account, I feel it may have been hacked. How can I assure my privacy on there is safe?
