i tried to log on this morning and got a message that says : Authentication required. you will get an sms shortly with a login code to use for logging in. I have never got this message before. I tried to recover my facebook and changed my password several times and received a code to log in and that doesn't work. The email says to click the more button on the mobile app. I do not see a more button just a continue button. I have already sent a copy of my license and verified myself. I got an email stating that my account was signed in in Washington D. C. How do get my account open?
