I had a iphone and just bought a galaxy s*. I couldn't remember my password so I reset my password. When I try to login now it sends a code to my email then when I enter that code it says they sent a sms code to enter it but I've not received one. I've clicked didn't receive code numerous times. I've even sent a copy I'd my government ID in also and haven't got a reply. Even when I try to make a new account it does the same thing with the SMS code. Please help me fix this issue.
