I bought a new phone yesterday and when I tried to log on to Facebook using the app it prompted me to enter a code that was sent through SMS. I never set up the Two-Factor Authorization so I am not receiving any codes through SMS. I have sent my government issued ID and a picture of myself with the code that was sent to me. I still do not have access to my Facebook. How long will this take to resolve?
