Waiting to see what went wrong with our suggestion for how to get Facebook help.

I was on my account, message came through saying hey may know Kevin Haynes, at that moment I clicked on it and it took me to the mail and then from that point I could no longer access my account, I did a two part authentication, I hv multiple accounts but those are old, I want my current account with me and my woman jasmine carter on my profile pic and my daughter on other, it's been about three going on four days,need to get back in my latest account please, Help!!!
