Cannot access my Facebook account I just created in order to make my business page

I was trying to simply make a Facebook account so that I may be able to create a business page and manage it from my new Facebook account. ... Dear Facebook,**My name is Casey Spencer and I have been trying to create a Facebook business page for my company (Portland Marble Works) for the past two days but to no avail due to your security processes.*The first account that I created I made it as a personal account with the name First: Portland Middle: Marble Last: Works. Which Is the name of my employer, and I know now that I should have used my real name. None the less I get as far as creating a business page and inputting Business data that was best describing the company. What we do, hours of operation, etc. Then out of no where I get logged off and then was informed to upload a photo of myself, as to Which I did, but I didn’t realize until I submitted the ‘selfie’ you have requested that I did not use a photo of my face on the business page nor the Facebook account, so I did not see how you would be able to identify if I was “Portland Marble Works”. Regardless I see that I would not be able to go back and I am met with a notification stating I will not be able to use Facebook right now and that my picture is under review. I emailed S*****@***.com but with no response.**This was very frustrating for me due to the fact that I researched and studied how to use Facebook business efficiently in order to drive social media marketing for my employer (which is a very great opportunity for me because I have been trying to get into marketing). Facebook has so many cool features to engage viewers and customer and clients as well as gauging what people like and dislike etc. I was really looking forward to using Facebook as our business platform.**Going to day two of not being able to use this account I has just created for my employer I decided to do some research and try to figure out what other people had experienced with this security process you all have put into place. The general synopsis is that when this happened to people the following happened: They did not hear back from Facebook indefinitely, They’re Facebook account had been deactivated without explanation as to why, and or they got a response and was given access to their accounts once more but it was after a period of *-* months of waiting and presumable given up on that account and business page. So as you might see, my hope for a quick response has now been diminished after visiting many forums where this particular situation is a HOT topic. The only thing I could find that came close to a fix was to submit an appeal in the case of my account being deactivated. Where I put in my name as it would show in the account which would be Portland Marble Works, as well as a photo of my ID which I had to scan and save. I save this in Adobe PDF and (as recommended) JPEG format. I choose the jpeg file and then in the additional information section I put a brief description as to what happened and what I am trying to accomplish by filling out the form. I press submit and I am met with a big fat error. It was stating that I didn’t input data correctly or didn’t complete something (even thought every field had been filled) I re-fresh page, fill out again. I even uploaded both formats of my ID but the form would not submit. So that options did not work for me.**I decided to try again and created another account with as separate email S*****@***.com with my real name attached to it (because I thought that was the issue). Everything was going so far so good at this point. And then in the middle of me creating this account it locked me out AGAIN but for the purpose of confirming my phone number, which my phone does not accept text messages from Facebook or any online platform company, so I knew this wouldn’t work, it did not give me any other way of confirming, like a phone call, that would have been nice. So I ended up having to use my coworker’s phone number to retrieve a conformation code which she gave to me promptly. So here I am hoping that is the last of my account creation issues. Before I try to make my business page again I decided to try to find the business page that I had created and only to find the “unofficial” page that Facebook had automatically created. I decided to click the button link asking me if this was my company in hopes that I can go from there, when I click on the link it gives me a call on the company phone and I input the conformation code in to claim the business page and as you might have guessed, I, ONCE AGAIN, am met with a big fat error message. I give this as try a couple of time just to receive the aggravating error code.**So I go to RE-create my business page and I only get maybe *% of the way through creating this page (right after I chose the covered photo) and I has locked me out again with the same picture verification message. And AGAIN, I uploaded a picture, and cross my fingers, and get mad. I have no idea why it would take Facebook so long to figure this out. I am in need to answers and solutions. Why is it taking so long to verify my account using my photo? Is there any way to gain access to my first account I create in the beginning using this email *****@***.com?*How can I fix this? And last but not least, why is there no general explanation as to why this is happening? This experience that I have had along with countless others is extremely aggravating and exhausting, it would make it bearable if I knew at least why it is happening. ***So to conclude this email that contains my story of woe and exasperation, I’ve decided to email a copy of this email to any and all Facebook emails that I can find until I can get some real help, because all solutions you have on the site are not working and have error messages, which is unacceptable for such a large corporation that is operating on such a large scale. My voice might be tiny compared to the billions that are using your plat form. But I promise I will be annoying enough to get someone to respond. Thank you.
WHAT THEY DON'T REALIZE IS THAT THEY DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING. THEY APPROVED MY BUSINESS PAGE AND THEN ASKED ME TO VIEW MY "SUPPORT INBOX" BUT I STILL CANNOT ACCESS MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT! SO WHAT GOOD DOES AN APPROVED BUSINESS PAGE DO ME IF I CANNOT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT TO MANAGE IT. And no, the caps lock was not stuck. I was yelling via text.
I want them to get my access to my Facebook account so that I may manage my business page so I don't disappoint my dang boss.
I've been with Facebook for almost darn near the beginning. I was one of the Myspace deserters in search of something better. I'm a believer that it has endless potential. However If they are not willing to hear, or in this care read as to what is wrong, I will most likely become a living nightmare of a customer rather than a good one.
I'm currently finding any*all Facebook emails for the company and blasting them with help requests and cries for help. at this point I've tried everything and now I'm just literally guessing emails.
