Help with my Facebook issue

I switched phones and was prompted to sign in Facebook on my new phone, I do not remember the password. The two factor authorization code goes to my previous phone number that I do not have access to anymore. I have sent in a photo ID as one of Facebook options to identify myself and gain access again however it has not been fixed yet nor have I gotten any confirmation in my email that it was received. I have two emails my account could be associated with and they are:******@***.com******@***.com
GetHuman-jesellap did not yet indicate what Facebook should do to make this right.
