Help with my Facebook issue
I’ve been locked out of my account for a week now! Facebook told me that they suspected activity of a third party user and to answer security questions and log in. I answered them all and got them right. I changed my p***word. When I hit okay at the bottom of the page it told me that there was an error and Facebook was working on the problem. I’m so confused. I’ve tried going back in to answer the security questions again and change my p***word and now I’m maxed out. I’ve sent a picture Of my license and no one has gotten back to me yet. My email is G*****@***.com. I have pictures of my newborn baby and my * year old toddler and I don’t want to lose everything. Can you please help?
I trust that Facebook will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
