I made an appointment with someone through FB marketplace and got to messaging them. However, due to a change of work schedule, I had to reschedule*cancel. Now, the problem comes in as they require a ** notice. I sent the message at **:** on Saturday in the afternoon (my appointment is at * on Monday), but the FB message was not sent until ** pm despite me being connected to wifi from *-* at work. Why is that? I don't know what to do nor how to explain this to her, if she charges me for the fee.
