I arrived before my **** flight at approximately ****. Nobody was at the counter. I used the kiosk to try to check in. Got a late check in message. I had to wait until almost **** to finally see a representative. To which they told me that nothing could be done. And then they lied to me telling me they were at the counter until ****. Ideally. A refund or some sort of compensation for my ticket and hassle. I’m active duty military and this was scheduled leave that I won’t be able to get back.
