Hello, I am a Citi AAdvantage Platinum member. I have a confirmed American Airlines reservation* CQOSFW. I am looking at the Seat Options for my flight from ORD to LGA on Dec **th (Flight* AA***). I see "preferred seats" for **D, E, F. As a Platinum member, the benefits available to me are "free upgrade" to preferred seats. Yet, the website won't let me upgrade without *paying* for the upgrade. The charges are listed as $**, $**, $** - for a total of $**. Please advise. Appreciate your help.*Thanks,*Vikas Goel
