Citizens Bank offers a program called Steady Save which transfers funds between accounts. According to the bank's website, no one other than a banking associate can enroll you or help you make changes. One-time and recurring transfers can be managed through the Transfer Money tab on your account dashboard. If you set up an automatic transfer through this method, click on the preferred transfer you need to change and follow the steps to cancel. Please note that transfers that are in processing cannot be cancelled. Also, it's important to cancel the payment no later than the day before the scheduled processing date.
